The fund operates a separate venture capital equity vehicle that invests in seed and early stage equity opportunities. The firm will evaluate opportunities that are seeking to raise between $250,000 and $3,000,000 depending on the stage and performance characteristics. Under unusual circumstances, investment amounts can fall outside that range, particularly with the use of a relatively strong syndication network.
