Does the FHP member have to pay for medical services before submitting a claim ?
Every member covered under the `FHP Healthcare Package’ is eligible to avail healthcare benefits on credit from the FHP Network subject to his/her limits. On discharge of the member, the Network provider will submit the bills directly to FHP for payment. Only in those cases where the member avails healthcare from any other provider out of the Network, the member should submit the bills to FHP for payment. However, with its vast network of providers, FHP has obviated the need for payment by the member and making a subsequent claim.
