By definition, if it has active suspension, it can’t be totally “bob” free. That said, both the Felt and Specialized FSR designs are pretty good at minimizing this action to the point that you just don’t notice. The Santa Cruz Virtual Pivot Point is also similar, with a different shock placement, but similar function and very refined.
