Does The Fairfield County Bar Association audiotape and/or videotape the CLE seminars? If so, how can I get a copy and can I get CLE credit for listening to/watching them?
Yes. Most of our seminars will be available on audiotape. Please refer to the Calendar section of this site to confirm whether or not a seminar has been taped. The procedure for ordering/purchasing a tape and course materials is as follows: **Send a letter requesting a copy of tapes for a particular seminar along with a check in the amount indicated for members/non-members on the seminar’s flier + $4.50 for shipping + 6% tax. We will send you the materials requested along with an Affidavit. Once you are finished listening to the tapes and reading the enclosed materials, sign the Affidavit, have it notarized and send it to our office. We will then issue you a CLE certificate for your records.
