Does the F.A.V.C. work with hospital beds that automatically inflate?

0

F.A.V.C. AT20 clamps have traditionally been placed with their aluminum base beneath the mattress on hospital beds but that is not required. The aluminum base can be directly placed under the patients hips during use and this placement technique is required for beds that automatically inflate and deflate in order to hold constant pressure on femoral access sites. Placement of the aluminum base directly under the hip also allows for restricted movement of the patient during clamping procedures.
