Yes, but only for model years 1991 and later. Chrysler badged Jeeps starting in 1987 or 1988, however these vehicles still contain the old AMC diagnostics through model year 1990. The Autoxray product lines do NOT support the AMC diagnostics only the SCI diagnostics added in 1991-later.
