Does the exterior color of a refrigerator have any effect on its efficiency?
If it is a dark-colored fridge and you sit it in the sun, then it is more likely to absorb heat from the sunlight, which would make it work harder to stay cool and somewhat less efficient. Otherwise, no, I have never seen an efficiency rating change due to color, and there is no immediately obvious credible mechanism by which it could affect efficiency.
