Does the Expense Account carry over to the next semester? Is it refundable?
Yes, any value left in a student’s expense account at the end of the semester will carry over to the next semester. Refunds are allowed the first two weeks of each semester, and at the end of the spring semester. Refunds are by check and take about 4 weeks to process, and the student must come to the UNC One Card Office in person to request a refund. At the end of each spring semester we will process cash refunds for students who have $150 or less left in their expense accounts.
