We like to price our remodeling jobs as “all inclusive”, eliminating undesired cost over-runs. If there is concern about the possibility of hidden problems we will mention it up front, ruling out any surprises. We have local Licensed Electrical & Plumbing Contractors that we have formed close working relationships with and include allowance prices for their services in our estimates. There is no need for you to find additional contractors.
