Does the energy drink “Red Bull” really work?

It gives some a busrt of energy but it is short lived and does not really do much at all. Plenty of rest a good diet and lots of water and a good low impact exercise program will do wonders.

somewhat, but as a former caffeine addict i found myself having to drink 3 to pull an all nighter once, when i thought one would work

Doesn’t seem to do anything at all for me, if not make me even more tired. I’m a huge coffee drinker though, maybe that’s why. I could try to drink more then one can, but I’m a bit paranoid about all the horror stories I hear about these sorta drinks, like how it processes marrow from your spine to provide its energy, or how people have died from drinking it, or how taurine is this thing they injected in soldiers in the sixties to make them fight like cannibals. It says only two cans per day, but I think I’d have to drink more then that to feel whatever effect it’s supposed to have. Probably not much of those stories are true, but if nothing else, the taste is horrible, so I’d rather stick with my coffee, which works quite well, thanks. I’ll admit some of the cans and their design are cool looking though.
