The Eliminite is classified as a Level 2 (highest treatment level) advanced onsite wastewater treatment system in Montana, a Level 3 (highest treatment level) system in New Mexico and is approved for advanced treatment applications in Colorado and California. Eliminite, Inc. will submit engineered designs for clients who are located in states where the Eliminite system has not yet applied for formal “blanket” approval. Commercial, community and clustered Eliminite systems may be approved in most states as long as they are designed by a licensed Professional Engineer.
