A. The effects of the 10 Session Series should have a lasting effect on the physical structure of the body due to the changes made to the myofascial tissues. The changes are most dramatic during and immediately after the sessions, but may continue for up to a year after the last session. A common practice for therapists is to take pictures (front, back and both profiles) before the beginning of the first session and after the tenth session to document changes that have occurred.
