Yes, because so much of the digital camera industry can be automated. Having human employees is a luxury in many consumer electronic fields. If it becomes too expensive, the industry will reduce the number of seniored employees, increase the automated process, and gradually rehire at lower wages so that the human customer service experience isn’t impacted.
