While the EBF does not provide vision coverage for retirees, CSEA does offer a vision program for retiree members. The plan utilizes the Davis/Empire network of participating providers. Benefits include an eye examination, frames and lenses every 12 months. Monthly rates for the program are $10.70 (member only) and $18.45 (member and spouse).
