The County has informed the Service that the Research Park will be built on the Mecca Farms site regardless of the Services decision. This limits the alternatives we may consider in the EA. Therefore we consider alternate configurations and alignments of infrastructure that would meet the Services’ purpose and needs, and at least partially address the Countys request. We also consider No Action alternatives.
