a. Yes, water mark encryption is a part of each image recorded. This watermark can be checked by activating the IM check (in the HDD SETTINGS menu). If the image has been modified, the DVR will provide a warning “Image Modified” on the playback screen. To perform the image validation, the video clip must be played back by a DX-TL900U DVR. This is also holds true if the image is played back via the DX-TL900U from a copy or archive device.
