Does the dramatic difference of minority unemployment prove out non-inclusive behavior within large companies?
Hello, Jessica! Unemployment statistics are a snapshot of the total number of unemployed at a point in time. Unemployment statistics encompass the full spectrum of skills — unskilled to highly skilled. IMO, that type of global data can’t be used to prove anything. Today’s workforce is more diverse than ever. That would not be the case if there was a lack of commitment by executives and human resource departments.
