Does the download quota system apply to E-mail?
This system does not apply to your email on the student.uq.edu.au server. However, if you read your email using a web-based system, such as hotmail.com or yahoo.com, then any downloads will be accounted against your quota allowance. My course might require me to make large downloads from charged sites. What am I supposed to do? You should consider talking to your lecturer/supervisor, as they may be willing to provide the class with extra download allowance. Alternatively, UQconnect offer you the option to purchase additional download quota.
