Yes, for most DLC songs. You will need a free update file that you can download inside Guitar Hero 5 and Band Hero. The update file will enhance the features of the Guitar Hero World Tour songs by adding band moments, vocal star power, and other new features present in Guitar Hero 5 and Band Hero. Currently 152 of the 158 GHWT DLC songs will work in this manner. (Note: The six downloadable Jimi Hendrix songs from Guitar Hero World Tour are not included.) There are also tracks available to download from Guitar Hero Smash Hits/Greatest Hits.
