Does the Dixie Boys/Majors rulebook require that insurance be purchased for the regular season?
The rulebook does not require the purchase of either Accident or General Liability insurance for the regular playing season. Once again, these policies are strongly recommended. Not purchasing both of these policies on all teams prior to the first activity is a huge risk. Please note that if your league does purchase regular season coverage through Sadler & Company for all of the teams in your league, coverage is automatically provided for your All Star teams. Such coverage meets the Dixie Boys/Majors tournament insurance requirements.
