No, the Rainforest Cafe at Animal Kingdom is not included in the dining plan. The Rainforest Cafe in Downtown Dsiney is also not included. Rainforest Cafe is owned by Landry which just opened a new restaurant in Animal Kingdom named “Yak & Yeti” and it is a Disney Dining Plan location. Yak & Yeti is a great restaurant.
