Yes. FEMA has units that meet the needs of disaster victims with disabilities and comply with the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS). In addition, FEMA has contracts in place to procure additional UFAS compliant units when needed. Should new and innovative forms of housing be utilized to meet disaster housing needs, they will be required to provide units that comply with UFAS.
