Does the DeltaFit program work for women too?
Given the DeltaFit program helps people reveal their potential and achieve lean, toned bodies, it absolutely does work for women! The program is, however, designed for men. The workouts are based on basic strength training exercises, so it’s important that you be comfortable with the strength training foundation of this program. The first step in the program is a “Body Assessment” which is optional for women, but required for men.
