Does the Dark Lord Voldermort uses a wand to cast magic spells?
He does use his wand. When he is resurrected Wormtail hands him his wand. The DLV and Harry duel with wands. Even before that The DLV had to raise his wand to kill the eavesdropping gardener, Frank. But if you remember in book 6 the 6th years begin learning wandless magic which Dumbledore can clearly do, but I’ve never noticed The DLV doing it.
