Yes, a clear line of sight will provide the best connection. The network is radio-based and sends a wireless signal from the tower locations to the SM at the customer location. Like radio some frequencies can go through some obstacles (e.g. foliage). Depending on the customer’s location, Reztel Broadband will determine which installation method would provide the best service, or if service is possible.
