A. Private VLANs cannot “terminate” directly on the CSM (you cannot configure a PVLAN as CSM VLAN). A possible scenario to use PVLANs is the following: external —– CSM —- MSFC —- PVLANs connecting to servers router The MSFC is used on the server side of the CSM (instead of the client side, where it’s usually deployed). Doing this, you can have the MSFC terminating the PVLANs, then route the traffic to the CSM over the CSM server VLAN.
