Priority is given to applicants who plan to complete the full Ed.M. program at Rutgers University. Applicants who wish to transfer into the CSA program may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests for transferring academic credits earned elsewhere are considered by CSA faculty on a case-by-case basis. In accordance with GSE policy, candidates for the Master’s degree must complete a minimum of 30 credits at Rutgers University.
