No, the transfer of TDR Credits from RFMU District Sending Lands does not require the permission of the County. However, the County’s TDR severance application is mandatory for purposes of record keeping and determining eligibility. Likewise, a Transfer Application form is required to transfer TDR Credits to a new owner.
