Yes. Training sessions are offered at the Courthouse in Louisville Kentucky. A session typically lasts approximately 3 hours. Several filings including opening a new bankruptcy case, amendments, motions, etc. are made, step-by-step, and processes are covered in detail. Portable Document Format (pdf) is also discussed. A hands-on exercise is given to each participant to complete in class. At the end of class the attorney will receive his/her “Live” login and password.
