Does the Court of Appeals have a settlement program?
Yes. Cases are eligible for selection in the program at any point in the appellate process. The Court may select a case for participation in the program, or a party may request inclusion by letter to the Court. In either situation, parties will be notified in writing if their case has been selected for the settlement program. [See MCR 7.213(A); IOP 7.213(A).
