No, the drive-up privileges simply allow access for your own limousine, instead of taking the shuttle from the parking lot. If you purchase a drive-up you may also drive your own vehicle to the Mansion and have valet service. There are no ins and outs though. Everyone in your car must have their own ticket and be on your drive up list (anyone not on the drive up list will not be admitted and will have to go to check in at Watts Plaza).
