Yes. You will need to liase with your IT team to ensure that the following ports are open to the Bromcom server through your firewalls – Port 80 (HTTP) and Port 443 (SSL). The firewall should also allow inbound port 80 requests to the Bromcom server from the following IP address – 213.38.190.9 Your IT team may need the assistance of the LEA support team to open these ports.
