Does the committee apply a first-come, first-served policy during pre-enrolment?
No. What the committee does is examine each application and evaluate it on the basis of the papers and documents prospective students have presented, which generally include their official degree certificate, their academic record, curriculum vitae and a covering letter in which they outline their reasons for wanting to enrol. The committee may also call the applicant to an interview.
