Does the color of the eco-shakes fade?
There is a natural range of shades in all colors of the eco-shakes due to the cellulose fiber. This is a natural occurrence and is not the result of fading. The eco-shakes contain two UV inhibitors, manufactured by Ciba-Geigy, the leading manufacturer of UV inhibitors. These UV inhibitors protect the eco-shakes from fading and from becoming brittle over time. The eco-shakes have been through extensive xenon testing with minimal discoloration. During the nine years that the eco-shakes have been installed, there has been no reported fading and/or discoloration.
