Yes, the CIWMB has a competitive Reuse Assistance Grant Program for pure reuse projects (not recycling). For this grant program, an eligible applicant is a “local public agency” such as a city, county, or regional agency that has obligations to develop and implement waste reduction programs. Eligible applicants often partner with businesses, nonprofits, and governmental agencies to carry out the reuse project.
