No. Work Permits must be obtained from the youth’s school of attendance. Entertainment Work Permits must be obtained from the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement. The YES provides training and assistance with job search, interview, and workplace readiness skills as well as job referrals to youth ages 13-22 at no cost.
