Does the City of Lynnwood allow home occupations?
Yes. The City, like Snohomish County, allows for the operation of businesses out of a home. The City’s regulations are intended to allow the reasonable operation of a home occupation while at the same time having performance standards to ensure that undesirable impacts to the surrounding neighborhood are addressed. Home occupations do require a City business license.
