I am looking to purchase my first home and have chosen Ft. Lauderdale as my city of choice. I have found an area which I want to live in and I want to buy as soon as possible while interest rates are still low and before the market of buyerss picks up again aafter the Holidays. I want to know if there are any first time homebuyer programs I can tap into to aid my purchase.
