A. Yes, surface sectors are permitted. As they are not included in the calculated Circle North Asia Fare, surface sectors are at the expense of the passenger. If such an intermediate surface sector in itinerary exceeds 24 hours, it is considered as one stopover. The mileage for surface sectors must be included in the maximum permitted mileage calculation.
