Yes and no. Exclusion of Warranty This computer carries a (1) one year warranty for parts and labor. In no event shall C3 or any of its affiliates or suppliers be liable for any direct, consequential, indirect, incidental, or special damages whatsoever, including without limitation, damage for loss of business profit, business interruption, loss of business or private information, and the time arising out of this agreement or the use of or inability to use the equipment, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. We strongly recommend you to backup your files. Note that the Windows operating system installed was selected to work with your computers hardware capabilities. Other operating systems, such as Windows Vista, may not work on your computer and could cause it to lose data. Changing the operating system will void your warranty. Should the computer fail within 1 year of sale, it may be returned for repair or replacement at the option of the Cincinnati Computer Cooperative
