The East-West Rail Consortium of local authorities is proposing to reopen the Oxford-Milton Keynes-Bedford line, which will become a key part of the region’s transport system. Chiltern and East-West trains will both use the Bicester-Oxford line, and Chiltern fully support the East-West proposal. We are working closely with the Consortium to ensure that the two projects complement each other.
