Yes, CSSD will review for a possible modification on any existing court orders, pursuant to federal and state regulations. Cases meeting the modification criteria will be calendared for court. Click here for the forms or call (866) 901-3212 to use the 24-hour automated system to have them sent to you. You may initiate your own modification hearing by filing a motion with the Superior Court but you should speak with the Family Law Facilitator’s Office for instructions on how to modify an existing order.
