• Food stamps – The information is required to be collected and reported for federal reporting purposes, but not counted in the income calculation. • One-time lump payments (i.e. lottery winnings, school loans) • Social Security or Cash assistance from Supplemental Security Income – Money paid in the child’s name will not be counted. But, we will count this money if it is paid in the parent/guardian’s name. • Income received as a foster parent.
