The Cesky Terrier does not shed its coat. The coat is soft and silky and well rooted, which makes him very clean to have around the house. The Cesky terrier does require brushing and combing to keep its coat free of tangles. The overall shaping of the coat is achieved through trimming and scissoring and clipping about every 3 – 4 months.
