Does the CD contain a “Contents” Listing?
Yes. As a quick-start guide, we create a CONTENTS/REQUEST FORM PDF file that appears at the top of the ALPHA LISTING for all files. It serves a double function. 1) it lists all PDF files on the CD including your PDF with your company name, website address (as a live link), and your music category. 2) It’s also a REQUEST FORM that can be filled out and returned by mail or faxed to All Things Musical for music teachers to request more info from you. You’ll be forwarded any “leads” from these returned forms.
