A. Application developers can choose whether their application is included or excluded from the catalog. Since entry in the catalog is not compulsory, it does not contain all Symbian Signed applications. In some cases the developer may choose to sign an application but not distribute it through the catalog. For example, if they wish to maintain confidentiality prior to public launch, or if the application is a bespoke development for one customer and will not be generally available for wider distribution.
