Does the Cashback Marketplace guarantee my products, purchases, or Cashback?
Our merchants must meet strict performance criteria in order to be listed in the Cashback Marketplace. The Cashback Marketplace does not guarantee Cashback. Should we not receive payment for or record of your transaction from the merchant, we will have to hold your Cashback payment until both are received from the merchant. Additionally, neither the Cashback Marketplace nor any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, partners, shareholders, employees or agents guarantees the products, refunds or rebates sold, offered or made by our merchant partners.
