As a nonprofit Laboratory one of our missions is to provide low-cost genetic testing to as many people as possible. We receive numerous blood samples daily from all over the world. Unfortunately we do not have the resources to cover shipping costs for everyone so no, we do not provide a Federal Express account number for shipping purposes.
