Does the Career Center need to know the names of the attending recruiters in advance?
Yes! The Career Center needs to know the names of the recruiters who will be attending the fairs in advance. This way, we will be able to have personalized materials available when recruiters arrive and be able to get in contact with attending recruiters before and after the event. We will be emailing asking for the names of the attending recruiters. Please send us these names at ocr@gwu.edu or call 202.994.8633. Can I choose the location of my fair table within the venue? No. To be fair to each organization, we arrange employer tables alphabetically within the Marvin Center ballrooms. Refreshments • Continental breakfast and coffee will be provided for registered representatives between 10:30am and 12:30pm in the Employer Hospitality Suite. • Boxed lunches will be provided for representatives between 11:30am and 2:30pm in the Employer Hospitality Suite. • There will be both meat and vegetarian options available for lunch on a first-come, first-served basis.
