A – No special software is needed by emergency personnel, hospitals, doctors, etc. to view your emergency information. The CARE Memory Band software is loaded on the bracelet which enables you to enter and save all your information on your computer and on your CARE Memory Band. The entry fields can be viewed in English or Spanish. When your information is viewed by emergency personnel or doctors it is automatically shown in English.
